Love the durability of a Rubbermaid Brute - I think its indestructible!
Don't live in Michigan, but this is the mascot for our high school & all our youth sports.
I've used mine at parties filled with beverages; kids drinks in the Spartan Can / adult drinks in the cooler!
I've also used to hold a huge flower pot during football season and used to store sports equipment in the garage.
Never actually used as a trash can!!

You never think of buying a trash can off the internet..... This popped up on Amazon Deals and I knew right away it was a great gift for Mom. My mother has all she needs so a trash can is just a bonus. I like to get my mother things she would not think of on her own.

This is a heavy Rubbermaid Brute can. You know the ones you look at the stores and think why would you spend so much on a trash can? You have not had a brute can! These things hold up great from being thrown or dragged around and still look great. I have one of these for our home and after 12 yrs it still looks good. What makes this one even better is it has the Sparty logo on it and the can is Michigan green.

Shipping came in a large box and can was in great shape.

Mom loved it!

So much more than a trash can! I purchased TWO of these Spartan cans, I've used them for BBQ for drinks, sports equipment container in the garage, used them for large potted flowers/plants, outside decoration on game day, tailgating.... Product is high quality, durable, easy to clean. Spartan emblem is also high quality, doesn’t scratch off
