I realize it says assorted in the discription, but by having the picture of the shell all cute and sweet I feel I was misled, especially since the shell I got had a pinup girl on it! This probably wouldn't have been so bad if the shell wasn't for my eight year old daughter's hermits!

Painted shells are toxic to hermit crabs. They may be cute, but it can kill them. They nibble on the shells, and the painted not safe for them.
