Excellent replacement for broken earring. One of my favorite earrings broke and I was going to take it to have it repaired. Instead I found these on Amazon. Be careful earring backs are NOT included and it states so in the description lower on the page -BUT showing the earring back in the photo is misleading!

The head on these posts is tiny. I doubt that the disc is large enough to support the stone that I want to glue it to. If you have something fairly heavy you want to make into an earring, I suggest you get the one with the larger disc as the base. The photo is misleading as the diameter of the disc is scarcely larger than the diameter of the post.

Pretty much what was expected. Decent quality, but some posts would get loose where the post meets the backing. I bought about 50 pairs, and about 5 pieces came loose after a few wears. Not bad as long as you aren't gluing them to expensive pieces.
