I have only had these for a couple days, but they charged up uneventfully and work fine with an inexpensive Ultrafire and more spendy Zebralite. I have not measured voltage and don't have great experience with lithium ion batteries, but this is definitely an item where bottom feeding is a bad idea. These batteries appear well made externally, and fit perfectly in the two lights noted.

My primary concern is the lack of warnings and instructions. Lithium batteries and inexpensive chargers can be dangerous. There is almost no literature with the battery to warn users not to leave on the charger for long periods and to monitor heat while charging. Be sure to check with candlepower forums or other online resources to learn how to do it safely and prolong battery life.

I will probably buy these again if they demonstrate good battery life. Only reason 5 stars not given is brief experience and no cautionary info.

This is a great charger. There are two independent circuits, so batteries with different chage levels can both be charged at once. Charging was pretty fast as well. Much better than a wall charger I also bought. Batteries both work, but they would not work in a Trustfire flashlight I bought. Turns out, they lack a "bump" or "button" on the positive end, so they only make contact if the flashlight has a raised contact. 2 Ultrafire lights worked fine, but I had to use Ultrafire 18650 3000mah batteries in that light. Could probably solder on a bump, but seems silly not to have it as normal part of battery. Charger makes it well worth the price!

Good batteries. I dont know much about the different brands but these fully charged in about 4 to 5 hours. Use them in my jetbeam flashlight and have not had any complaints so far!

Received quickly, great power in the flashlights, one small complaint. Says 4.2, only charged one to that, and the other one to 4.1. When in the Trustfire Cree Xm-I T6 5 modes flashlight, the whole unit got so incredibly hot after 20 minutes of test use (-my normal bike ride is about an hour) that it shut itself off. No third degree burns or anything, just REALLY hot. But again, not sure if it was the batteries or the flashlight. I will try them in other flashlights with a lower output of power and see.

I have had these batteries for a week now and have had no problems. I purchased these for my UltraFire WF-502B flashlight. I was worried about purchasing the ultraFire batteries because of all the negative reviews from people about the batteries cutting the light down to half the brightness after only 1 minute or so on full bright. So I bit the bullet so to speak and purchased these batteries instead. I have ran the light for nearly 15 minutes on full bright and had no issues with the batteries cutting power. The batteries were a little pricey, but so I've been told good 18650 batteries generally are. Overall I would highly recommend these batteries!

These appear to be protected type and are taller than a pair of blue Ultrafires I ordered. The difference is about the thickness of a US quarter.

MaximalPower makes good rechargeable li-on batteries. I've used the 9V rechargeable type and installed them around the house on low drain gadgets like smoke detectors. These 18650-types are good batteries and do work. BUT I have to take out one star due to the terminals being overlapped by the cell's outer plastic cover. The other reviewers before me are correct about the terminal contacts. In some flashlight applications where the positive terminal has a wider plate, the plastic outer shell of this battery gets in the way and I had to improvise and used aluminum foil to extend contact. I cannot however agree on giving this product just 1 star. It is a functioning battery. The design was intended for protruding contacts.

The batteries are flat-top(meaning there is not a raised positive contact), which is what I had hoped for. The problem is the external voltage limiter to prevent excessive discharge. Previous reviewers have mentioned the odd size etc, this exists to prevent unsafe discharge.

One star for not being what they were advertised as.

The charger works fine for a $3 dollar throw away.

DO NOT USE THESE BATTERIES IN AN E-CIG OR VAPOR RIG. unmodified they will fail, modified they may explode due to chemical composition.
