This particular one I bought from Amazon was different from the rest; it seemed more "dry" and did not work as well. I have bought many other smells of the Renuzit air freshener and have not have any issues with them. You can notice the scent right when you open it; as time progresses however, the smell becomes more faint. Perhaps it is because I got used to the smell. I usually leave the cap open about halfway, and most of the air fresheners have lasted on average about a month and a half or more.
There are other convenience stores that sell it for a much cheaper price (some have coupons as well!) so I would not recommend buying this off Amazon. There's a variety of different smells and Raspberry is one of my favorite. I like these better than the Febreeze/ air freshener Sprays because they are not as strong but still keep my room nice and fresh smelling. I usually have one placed on my bedroom shelf and one around the kitchen.

This is my favorite scent from all the renuzit air freshener ones! This makes my room smell amazing and provides consistent scent for about a day of 24 hour constant use. I like to get a few of these and pop them when I know a few guests are coming. Call this a one time use fireless candle if you will. I love them!

This scent is reminiscent of those fruity urinal cakes. The scent itself is quite nice, and it does scent a small room fairly well.
BUT to me, it smells like urinal cakes. Mom says they remind her of the shampoo at the salon, which she loves...so now this freshener is in her room.

I've tried many different air fresheners of different kinds (brands, styles, scents) but I always go back to these ones by Renuzit. The plug in liquid evaparators are too expensive for how long they last and the amount of scent they give off. I stopped using the plugins that spray because I saw it spray it's my cat's side once and unplugged it immediatly because what if it was his face? These are tried and true, I can put them almost anywhere with no electricity needed and can have as many as I want because they are affordable (about $1 each at the store.). I currently have 5 spread around the house 1 for each litter box, 1 for living room computer desk and 1 for downstairs powder room.

The Raspberry is my second favorite scent.

So why only 3 stars?: The new nicer looking design makes them harder to open and set to where I want (reduced amount too in new design.). The old uglier design worked so much better for setting it. I normally also use the Hawaiian Oasis tropical scent as I like that one better and it's in a black container which matches my house better (Apperently that one isn't sold on Amazon.).

But I do still buy the Raspberry scent once in a while for a change of pace and use them in all the normal spots - except on the living room computer desk.

I use this for my bathroom. With the bathroom door open, the scent travels all the way to living room in my one bedroom apt. I recently tried the Glade air freshener and It did nothing. I Will stick with renuzit

I got this air freshener for the garage because it smells like.... a garage that the trash bins are kept in. We have to keep them inside safe away from the wild animals. We don't know just what gets into them but it seems to be big. I know raccoon's are very good at doing it we haven't caught them red handed. I wonder if because we started putting the bins in the garage if the critter is what has been trying to dig under our chicken coop? Anyway, this smells wonderful! It only seems to have a 5 foot radios though and no instructions. For the garage I guess I need to get something that will fill the space better.

Great berry smell. Doesn't irritate my sinuses. I enjoy it. Lasts a fairly decent amount of time before the smell dissipates and needs replaced.
