Zero for quality control. The operational concept is good. Other reviewers had positive experience with this product. Batteries were dead, unit did not function after new batteries were installed except in the "Hazard" mode. Batteries should not be installed for shipping and storage since tilting of the unit activates the LED's. The only positive thing about this shipment was prompt delivery. I would not recommend this product since you are rolling the dice to get a working product.

The hazard function works, but not the parking function light. I have to shake it "violently" for the sensor to pick up the motion. I'd have to knock the sign over in order to make it blink. Take your chances...fortunately it was relatively inexpensive when I purchased it.

I was vert skeptical that this would not work because I had read another review where someone had added weights to the bottom of the unit to keep it in place. I found that there was no need to do that for it to work as advertised. All you need to do is place it where you want the vehicle to stop at and then just gently pull into your garage barely touching the unit, the lights will flash and it remains in place. Someone also mentioned they could not see the lights if the garage door was up and the sun was shinning, not true for me I can see them just fine in the Texas sun! I would recommend this product to all who are wanting to take out the guess work of pulling into your parking space each time without having to get out of your vehicle to see if you are in the proper place. I bought the taller unit because I have a SUV but the regular height works just fine.

The Park N Place Perfect Parking device is just right for helping us to get our two cars into a very tight garage without any bumps or dings. The only problem with the product is also one of its advantages: it is very light. This makes it easy to place but once placed, it tips over easily. We have our two anchored with sandbags and that seems to do the trick.

I ordered two Park 'N Place units. One worked as advertised. The other one would not blink. It appears you have a 50/50 chance of getting a unit that meets your needs. I returned the defective unit and am trying a different brand/model.
