I had ordered "Brown" and was sent "Black"....by the time I saw them my husband had already unpacked them, so I'm unable to exchange.....Although it's not the color that I wanted, the product is nice and it was packed well, as well as shipped promptly.

These dishes are FANTASTIC!! I've been looking the past two years for a more square-style dish that had both a decent sized bowl and a mug that wouldn't require constant refilling. This dish set was the perfect find. I have had them for almost a month now & find them to be wonderfully sized - I can put a normal amount of food into / onto them and still be able to walk from my kitchen to dining room without worries of spilling (I tend to be a little clumsy & spill a lot). The design is beautifully simple & the precise colors I was hoping to find. The dishes are hearty and a good weight. I have washed them in my dishwasher, but I do have to be careful where I place the dinner plates because they are so large that the rotating piece connected to my upper rack can get stuck on them if the dinner plates aren't able to be angled (if that makes sense). Bowls are no problem to put into the dishwasher, either. The dishes do get warm when heating food / drink in the microwave, but I've never considered that to be a downside - just grab a hot pad for bowls / plates & know that the mug handle doesn't stay too warm for long, but the mug holds heat for my drink. Even though I was disappointed to learn that these are made in China, I am overall so satisfied with these dishes that I ended up ordering two more sets for a 12 place collection.

I went through a lot to get these dishes, because Fed Ex left two door tags instead of trying to get in the building and ultimately left them outside. I had to contact the seller, and the person I dealt with at Plumstruck was very helpful throughout. I was afraid that by the time I received these dishes, they would be damaged, but they were packed so well. There wasn't so much as a scratch. I got them in brown, and I have to say the pictures do not do them justice. They are beautiful. They are also durable and strong. I'm very happy.

It was as pictured, however the dinner plate is really just too big. That is the problem that I noticed with most of the dinner sets, that the dinner plates were just too big. The salad plate could be a little smaller and then if the dinner plate was sized down too it would be better.

I bought this set for my husband and my first house together. I loved the design so that is really what made me order them. I have had them for a year now and they are VERY durable and there isnt even a scratch or a break in any of them! The bowls are HUGE and it was the first thing I noticed when I opened the box. I love cereal so a big bowl is awesome to me. Its a year later and we got more amazon gift cards for christmas. I bought another set as a backup set for later on down the road when our family gets bigger and we need bigger plates! I was afraid I wouldnt be able to find these again! I love them very much!!!!
