If you are looking for a portable laptop riser/stand, this is it. A little expensive, but the build quality is very high - it won't bend or sag over time - and it folds up really well to slide into a corner of your bag. Comes with a soft carrying bag that it slips into so the metal won't scratch your laptop.

I am frequently asked about/complimented on this little addition to my MacBook Air. I really like the fact that it raises my machine and places the screen at a more neck-friendly level. I didn't go as far as to give it a 5-Star rating because upon occasion the rubber grips "fail" a bit, and my computer slides, resulting in a required readjustment. This isn't really a complaint, as I do have a clear Speck case on my MBA, and I'm unsure if the AViiQ would grip the exposed aluminum of the MBA better, but perhaps a future iteration could feature some more "grippy" rubber?

One tip: double check to make sure the back tabs are firmly and securely inserted into the slots, especially if you move it. I've had it collapse/become unstable because I moved it backwards, causing the tabs to fall out of their slots. Not that it has far to fall, but if you've got a bit of a delicately-rigged/set up system of cords and cables and other accessories, as I typically do, having to move your computer to re-insert the tabs can be a bit of a delicate balancing act - especially on those rickety, small cafe tables so common in coffee shops!

I have one other laptop stand but it's too heavy to bring along when travel, when I spot AViiQ laptop stand in Amazon I immediately put my purchase and the product arrived in almost no waiting (2 days).
