I've currently been taking cell-tech, and muscle tech's halo for about a month although I only take one scoop per day of each. I've since gained about 10 pounds that I find weird since I've been on a weird diet of only protein bars, egg-whites and vitamins ( fish oil, omega 3's, multi's. )This stuff work's although expensive it simply works my lifts have gone up and what I mean by up is I use to curl 30-40 pound db and now I do 60-75 for about 5 sets at 10 reps. I'm going to try investing in hydroxycut hardcore to stack with these goodies next and will report back then.

Ps, this is the same review as I placed for the cell-tech flavor that I'm using. :) FYI I hate the way halo taste/looks in my water bottle.

I have read many reviews, and all I know is you will never know how it works for you until you try it. Personally, I have good results.

I am very sensitive to substances like caffeine or stimulants, so I will tell you up front that this will not a stimulant.

This is better quality protein than others because I don't get diarrhea before my body titrates the dosage. This is good because the aminos and proteins have a chance to be absorbed into your system and not get flushed out. I experienced a slight stomach discomfort a few times, but nothing major. (I think it had something to do when I moved from the Chocolate to the Tart Cherry- which is NASTY- one time to save money)

I can definitely tell it works because after doing strenuous workouts that otherwise would hurt and ache for a week or more, now hardly hurt at all- also, I weight more. I am only 5' 6.5" and took half of the recommended dose (one scoop a day instead of two)... initially weighed in at 139-142, but after three months I am now at 157-160, and my belt buckle still hooks at the same hole.

In otherwords, this stuff works! Either that, or it is the MuscleTech Clear Muscle supplements- which I have only taken two pills a day. now, if Amazon could only keep the price steady! It jumps from 33 to 46 dollars, and back down depending on which way the wind blows :(

The only reason I'm even giving this two stars is be because it does seem to work. I'm taking this stacked with CellTech and NitroTrch also by Muscletech and Animal Rage XL. Taking this after a workout definitely keeps me full and helps speed the recovery along. Some unpleasant side effects include stomach upset (when taking just the other three supplements I mentioned my stomach is fine. Add this and I need to make more frequent "runs" if you catch my meaning.) in addition to that negative effect the taste of the Wild Cherry Explosion flavor (somewhat ironic "explosion") is like a cherry cough medicine, but chalky and thick and gross. I may get a different flavor of this when I run out, but I doubt that I will.

This product is fairly decent but it is not an all in one at all. For instance it claims that it replaces an electrolyte drink. It contains 2% daily value of sodium and 1% daily value of potassium in one serving. That is not replacing, and if it does that poorly at replacing one drink, it really makes you wonder about the other claims. Highly disappointed and not close to the $200 value they claim.

The product is great. Has a great blend and tastes fine. Only thing I found odd is that the outer seal was closed but the inner lid seal was already open as someone else mentioned...(last purchase was sealed)

Also there is a bit of false advertising all over the container... 40g of protein and 5g of creatine is not per serving... It only adds up to that with DOUBLE servings... Which means 16 shakes of 40g.... For $40... Pretty steep price for 2 weeks of shakes...

Seriously needs more servings (muscle techs fault)

I was looking for something to help me with recovery as heavy days often resulted in bad DOMS. Not looking to get bulky or put on weight or unnatural strength, though one way or another I think this product helps not just with recovery but with strength/size as well. Whether the latter two are a function of ingredients in the supplement or being able to lift harder, more frequently I'm not sure, but I am happy with the effects and simplicity of an all-in-one supplement.
