Unlike typical smooth-textured nitrile gloves, these have a slight pebbly surface that really helps with gripping when working on slick/greasy areas (like car repairs) and when cleaning that invovles liquids. There seems to be some contention in reviews I read before buying these that the thickness/construction standards of the glove had declined. But while I can't find any mention of thickness on the box, these are definitely thicker when I compared them with gloves from 3 other makers that I have in the garage. And I did work on my car that involved the gloves getting snagged on a lot of sharp metal corners. They never ripped. Having done this exact repair in the past while wearing other brands, i can tell you those gloves always tore when they snagged on the metal and I would have to use 3-4 gloves to finish the job. So, I'm quite pleased and I would buy again.

These are good quality nitrile gloves. I use them for doing work on my car and for cleaning my bathroom and kitchen. They help to keep my hands clean and keep harsh chemicals from coming into contact with my skin. They are better than those thicker, reusable rubber gloves because the reusable gloves often develop holes after only a few uses. And the ones that are more resilient to punctures are NOT cheap. With these nitrile gloves you can pretty much be assured of 100% protection every time and they're disposable and sanitary. The thinner and close-fitting nitrile material also allows your fingers to remain nimble. The box contains 100 gloves (or 50 pairs of gloves) -- plenty to last me at least a month or two.

I go through a lot of nitrile gloves while working on a variety of hobbyist automobiles. In the past, I've gone to the discount tool store and purchased their brand but got lazy this time and just clicked on these through Amazon. Am I glad I did! Frankly, the ones from HF have gone down in quality over the years and would tear far too easily. These, while not appearing to be any thicker, are of a much better grade of material and hold up extremely well. Before they too change, ordered a couple of extra boxes to last me a year or so.

These work very well. We cook with peppers a lot and these take the pain out of the process. No more burning hands. They are thin enough to give a good feel for what you're chopping but rugged enough to ensure that you aren't constantly swapping out torn gloves.

We purchased these nitrile gloves for a house painting project. Had to use nitrile because I'm terribly allergic to latex gloves, but also because of nitrile's durability. These stood up to paint, cabinet deglosser and everything else we threw at them! Much better priced on Amazon compared to locally and they were here quickly. Thumbs up for projects, cleaning, or wherever you have to get your hands dirty!

FIRST BOX: Quality product. Does not tear easily. Great price. just as advertised.

UPDATE: I ordered a second box, directly from the previous purchase, but when I received them, they were clear and not blue. They were also not form-fitting or Nitrile, but plastic as used in beauty parlors. The quality is not as good and there was no notice of change in item from seller.
