My main concern for this thumb drive is the durability. The slide that covers the usb port can come of easily,but the good news is that is fairly easy to put back on. The middle of of the thumb drive even lights up when plugged into the computor. When I needed more space for my xbox 360, I plugged this thumb drive in and it said on the screen that it met the xbox requirements for thumb drives and to let it configure. This took 10+ minutes and was soon done. This thumb drive is a cheaper, better alternative to xbox preconfig thumb drives. Love it.

*Update:
For those wondering on the durability of the flash drive, I still have and use it after over a year, and it works perfectly fine. It will only break if your not careful.

I bought this Lexar flash drive to store video files, some files over 1GB. When finally stored, the video plays fine on my Western Digital media player. The problem is, this drive is the slowest flash drive I have ever used. After an initial burst of copying speed. about 30 MB/second, this Lexar went down to 6.4 MB/second. The red flashing light on the stick to show copying is in progress is nice but no substitution for a higher copying speed. I bought the drive at a low price from another reseller on Ebay and I now know the reason for the bargain price. Flash drives with single digit MB/second copying speeds don't cut it as USB 3 flash dives take over the marketplace.

I liked the deal I got on the jump drive but was disappointed in the fact that the end is OPEN. The green color just slides over the end of part of the jump drive that you stick into the USB slot - the USB slot is NOT actually covered on the end. Meaning it DOESNT have a cap on it so you have to keep it in a case to protect the end or dust and dirt get into it while transporting it from one spot to another.

Works just fine. No complaints, but if you can work with two 16gb instead of one 32gb, you can find a set of three 16gb flash drives for under $35...and they are USB 3.0. I really like these Lexar drives, They are great quality, but I could have saved some money. I realize that not all flash drives are not created equal. I've used some really cheap ones that are slow as heck, and corrupt very easily. Again, these Lexar drives are great quality.

Very nice product. Computer recognized this right away. I have a Lexar JumpDrive FireFly 8 GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive LJDFF8GBASBNA (Charcoal) that I have been using for 2 years and am pleased with so I decided to buy this one because I need more storage space. It is supposedly twice the capacity.

My goal is to store pictures and music on them and so far, so good. I haven't transferred all the files yet but of the ones that I have, it moved fairly quickly (under 2 minutes). They are simple mp3 files and IPHONE photos, no nothing complicated or massively large.

Very fast write/read as long as you have 3.0 USB port on your computer

Just starting to use this 64GB thumb-drive. Picked one up during a week-end sale at the local big-box office supply store (for about what Amazon's regular price). The drive has 59.6GB of available space and is formated as FAT32. So far haven't had any problems with it - using it for a media streaming box for videos. If I do start to have any issues I'll update my review.

Great flash drive, the cover is slide in, as in it doesn't come off but you slide it back and then stick it in. My only complaint is that the cover has an opening but I plan to keep it in a clean and safe place.
