We are very pleased with the quality of this faucet so far. It's been installed and used daily for a couple of months. It's easy to use: the hose is easy to move in and out, clipping back in smoothly; the button that changes spray types stays set without holding on to it, which is convenient. Although we measured before ordering, we were initially surprised at how large it is visually. We're used to it now, and find it just right. The spray is so effective that we learned to use less water pressure than with the former faucet. We also purchased the larger model for the other sink, and are equally happy with it. This is a weighty, substantial, well-made faucet.

I bought this item because of the great traditional look and the high arch which I figured would help fill tall pots. The only negative aspect in my opinion is that you cannot rinse/wash pots or dishes, etc at waist level because the water splatters on you and the countertops. I have to wash dishes in the very bottom of the sink and may even lower the water pressure so as not to be wet from the faucet spray. It seems to be a great faucet and I love the looks. I just wish it would not make a mess when rinsing dishes.

This faucet is exactly what we were looking for. Very stylish and the pull down spray hose is very well made. Now the only thing i can see would be a problem with some kitchens if you have a very shallow sink you may get some splash back because of the hight of this faucet
