After receiving the thermos dented, twice, we figured third time is the charm. The first two times my husband used the thermos, it worked fine. The third time, it leaked. The piece that screws in first with the push button open/close part, came loose and it leaked. We then made sure that it was tight each time it was going to be used.. That seemed to work for about three uses, then it leaked again. This time we have no idea from where. Plus, my husband says the rubber stopper part of the piece that screws in the top first, now has an order to it.

Thermos is excellent. Keeps my coffee warm from 9am until very late in the afternoon! Leather casing allows for an easy grip, and the pour mechanism is flawless.

While cleaning, the pour mechanism a piece popped off and fell down the sink. Within days Siskiyou sent me a replacement free of charge. I've had the unit for a year now and couldn't be happier.

I ordered this thermos as a Christmas gift for my husband in December 2014. Now, after only less than 3 months of use, the inner cap is leaking profusely. The original seller, SportsFanfare, has explained that they do not replace parts & only have a 30-day guarantee. So now we have a $28 useless thermos/Christmas gift.

I got this for my husband's Valentine's Day gift and he loved it! As an experiment, I put some hot coffee in the thermos, and two hours later, it was still steaming hot. A very attractive, classy-looking thermos for Eagles fans! The leather/pleather doesn't look washable, so this would be best for coffee or tea rather than soup (which would require a more vigorous cleaning).

The leather on the outside with the team logo on it slips right off of the thermos I'm not sure that is supposed to happen or not also lid is difficult to figure out.
