I am so dissappointed in the quality of the zipper on this! My son has only had this backpack for a few weeks now. Don't get me wrong...it looks great and is the right size, etc., but both of the zippers have broken and when I tried to return it, they said that the date had expired and I couldn't send it back for a replacement. LAME!

Well, it was great until a month into the school year my 5 year old grandson who was enjoying his Atlanta Braves back pack so much came home upset because the zipper was broken. I wasn't too worried because I had read in the reviews on Amazon before I ordered it that the same thing had happened to someone else with the same backpack. I assured him we would get another one. I could not believe that time had passed to return this backpack. That is the reason for my product review. I suppose it was only expected to last 2 months. Would have loved to have been able to try another one for him as this one was great up until the zipper broke.
