We use these in my 2 year old sons nighttime diapers and they are amazing! He is really tall for his age ( as tall as average 4year old) and has been in size 6 diapers since he was about 18 months old. I didn't know what we were going to do when he started leaking out of his nighttime diapers since he isn't ready for potty training yet. When I tried these it was such a relief! They work great. My son sleeps for about 12 hours straight and he doesn't have any leaking. On the rare occasion he sleeps longer, they do leak some, but it's usually not too bad. He recently grew out of the size six Huggies nighttime diapers and now we are in the small Huggies Underjams. We still use the these and have not had any leaks. I did try using the medium insert when he started to get a little big for the size 6 diaper but didn't like that size as much. They are a little wider then the small and I think that made them leak out the side more. They didn't quite fit as well. So we went back to the small and were much happier. My son has very sensitive skin and gets eczema really easy, these do great to help keep the moisture off his skin and keep him comfortable. I love that there is an adhesive strip from one end to the other. My son moves all over the place in his sleep and we've never had a problem with the pads shifting. This is really a great product and has saved me a lot of laundry doing!!!

Update**

He son is now 3 and to the point that he no longer needs these as an extra insert. He is daytime potty trained but not quite nighttime trained. He goes potty before bed and f he wakes up at night, we help him get to the toilet. So He is still wearing just the under-jams and we rarely have leaks. We never had to go up to next size of pads, just stayed with the small.
These saved us! I was so relieved to find them ( I want to hug and kiss the person who thought these up!) We highly suggest trying them!

So I have had overnight leaks with my daughter for months. I have tried everything--Huggies Overnites, going a size larger, having her wear 2 diapers, but she sleeps 12 hours straight and would always soak her PJ's either at the legs or at the tummy. I started using these a few weeks ago and have only had 1 leak since. She is 13 months old, 22lb, and I have gone back to using her regular daytime diaper (Pampers Swaddlers size 3) with the insert at night. I have to make sure to place the liner about 1 inch from the front edge of the diaper, and fasten the velcro pretty tight, but there are no leaks. Happy baby, happy momma!!

Bought these because my 17 month old was consistently soaking through overnight diapers. Before I tried these I attempted a larger size diaper, different overnight brand, etc. and none of it worked.
I went back to my usual overnight brand and size and used these as an additional layer in those diapers and we have not had a single soaking or leak since and it's been weeks!!!! HIGHLY recommended. The sizing doesn't make a whole lot of sense though so let me help you by recommending only size XS for any diaper supplementation uses, otherwise the pad is too wide and long and will cause additional leaking.
Also, be sure to leave at least a full inch gap from the end of the pad to the end of the diaper and be sure that you've tucked the pad fully into the sides where the leg elastic is so it doesn't spill once it saturates.

We tried a different doubler without the adhesive. This one ended up being a bit cheaper and it's fantastic. No more peeing out of the diaper overnight and the doubler stays in place. No worries about it shifting while putting the diaper on or shifting as my son tosses and turns while going to sleep.

Been looking for these all over the place. Used to use diaper doublers years and years ago when my kids were small. Should have known that Amazon would have them!
Works great at adding an extra layer at night to keep the grand kids drier and their clothes and bedding from being soaked. Tried these and the Select Kids Booster Pads Diaper Doubler (both work exactly the same) but I like these so much more just because of the adhesive strip. Allows you to position this exactly where you want and helps to keep this in just the right place for both boys and girls...twins - one of each so I can tell you that it works great for both! Without the adhesive these do tend to shift ever so slightly so there's still the possibility of wet clothes and bedding. Definitely worth the little bit of extra money to get these with the adhesive strip.

They definitely help with night time leaks of a growing toddler! My 2 yr old would wake up daily with a wet side from his diaper leaking. But now it is few and far between for leaks with these booster pads. At first it seemed like they weren't going to work because we still had leaks every night for the first week of receiving and using these. But now they work great. I think it's because we finally figured out the correct positioning of these pads in the diaper. I do like the adhesive strip on them for helping to keep them in place. We have tried other brands that do not have the adhesive strip and I did not like how they would move down into the diaper and not even be wet in the morning because they moved. Having a heavy wetter is an irritation because of the fact that almost every morning you know that he will be wet. But now it's great to know that having a leak is something that is not the norm any more.
