I gave process 3 stars It was easy to cancel & have my money refunded. Crucial is always good to order from.
The info page on the purple Panasonic bagless I bought on Amazon said this was the belt I needed.
When I got the purple vac. the plate on back said UB-12. I believe the green & blue take UB-11 not the purple. It is confusing. I think the info was provided by Panasonic for the 3 vacs description & comparison on Amazon. Not sure. Good idea if Amazon could change it & look into it. I don't blame Amazon for this error. Panasonic most likely gave wrong # belt for ad used by Crucial & Amazon. Not sure, just my deduction.

These belts have been holding up great. It is worth getting a double pack so you have a spare- and not having to wait several days with pine needles everywhere like I did thinking I could go to the big box store to get a replacement! These are hard to find in stores.

Better because the total cost was less than tax on a new one and because it didn't go to the landfill. These Belts were a perfect fit my "new" vacuum I got at a yard sale--the best I've had in for many years.
