So super excited to get my cup in time for game day only to find 3 cracks half way up the cup. Requested replacement but makes me wonder if it cracks during shipping....will it really be okay with repeated freezing/thawing????

Update: Seller responded immediately with a replacement cup free of charge. It also came with a tiny crack. I thought it was small enough that I would go ahead and keep the cup to use....cuz I loved it that much. Pulled it out of the freezer this morning, and the tiny crack was huge all the way up the side of the cup. Now returning both. Seller was fantastic about trying to resolve the problem but seems like a manufacturer problem.

This cup keeps your drink ice cold for HOURS. It's such a great lil guy! It does sweat a little, so make sure you grip it well or get a koozie (preferably Saints or LSU!) REP LOUISIANA!! Love this cup. Easy to clean (wouldn't recommend shakes, smoothies, or coffee, as they may be difficult to clean out the straw). Fits in most universal cup holders, and also makes a great gift, whether it be to yourself or someone else. Hopefully this helps!

First, this tumbler is awesome cute. And it freezes nicely. Those are the too features I like. Now the straw after one attempt to drink from it was removed and trashed. It is rubbery and seals the opening. Therefore no air can get into pull liquid in when you drink from it. Basically I thought it was goofy and would be nearly impossible to keep clean even if it did work. Second, it is not 16 oz. I was able to get 13.5 ounces in it (I used a measuring cup) and when I made it go to 14 ounces, it overfilled. So one can of soda and two ice cubes. But I like lots of ice cubes even though its in a freezy cup. It'll stay at my house and my grandson will love it but I wanted a bigger freezer cup and bought a cool gear one that is definitely bigger. If you like smaller cups, then this is PERFECT for the Packer fan - as long as you toss out the straw and use a regular one.

The lid stays tight. There are no leaks. The logo is large and colorful. There is a straw, and it is flexible outside the cup, but stiff inside. That way if the cup is dropped and were to land on the straw, it wouldn't break. Freezes quickly, and thaws slowly. So much happier with this than an actual mug!!

This arrived cracked in half lengthwise through to the gel. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it's too late to order something else. Also, straw is soft rubber and attached to the lid so it would be very difficult to clean.

Bought this tumbler end of December 2015. It's March 10, 2016 and it's cracked from top to bottom and the gel is coming out, I've only used it 5 times. Never been put in a dishwasher. Extremely disappointed. I think an offer to replace this cup would be helpful.
