I have a medium sized dog and floors that are not sealed, so water is a concern when it comes to the water bowl. The mat is not very absorbent and very thin. I find myself using a towel underneath the mat to compensate. It is nice looking but...the functionality is poor. I would not recommend this product for pet owners that have heavy drinkers.

I didn't think this mat would be as flimsy as it was, but it does the job. It's a very pretty mat too, I haven't had it that long so I don't know if it's going to get in bad shape later on. As long as my cats water and food doesn't touch my floor, I'm good.

Frankly I found these were over priced and if they get wet they stick badly to the floor. I was concerned that the backing would peel off onto my wood floors. My foster kittens have torn them up with their nails. If you declawed cats or seniors they may be fine, but they certainly don't work for me at all.

Pretty small for the price for two small dog bowls. I guess I can't complain as they did give the dimensions. It just looked so much bigger in the picture when I ordered it. If it was bigger and less expensive, I would have given it 5 STARS.
