Great product

I love those sleeves very much; the compression is very good. Calfs are held in place and if you keep them on for about 20min after your run as well, you will get the recovery effect as well.
In this description it says MEN's but the box in which the sleeves came said unisex; I am a women at 5ft6 tall and those sleeves fit well. As one other reviewer mentioned those sleeves are a bit longer than other sleeves; The product picture doesn't really show this. I was very skeptical if those would be too short but in fact those are fairly long. I don't mind that - keeps everything in place during my runs and as said those feel great during the run as well as afterwards for recovery.

i WOULD Like it but... 'Size Chart and Other Information' previously lacking

This is the Size Chart on the box: but it isn't accurate.
SIZE
2 = 9.5 - 12 in (24 - 30.5 cm)
3 = 12 - 15 in (30.5 - 38 cm)
4 = 15 - 17.5 in (38 - 44.5 cm)
5 = 17.5 - 20 in (44.5 - 51 cm)

I may have to update this as my Size 5 is en route. Bear with me one moment if you will. I wear size 10.5 - 11 (U.S. shoe) I ordered size 4 calf sleeve due to my foot size and the lack of the on-site availability of a size chart, and because in the past I've ordered other items that were metric sizes (I GUESS it's metric, but I'm not sure exactly as metric seems logical, but not realistically because I would think the numbers would be larger if metric) but either way; I ordered size 4 because a pair of size 4 socks I'd ordered previously elsewhere fit just fine, perfectly in fact.

However, those size 4's were manufactured somewhere in Europe I believe. Zoot, on the other hand is manufactured in China. I wasn't sure which calf size to go with as there was no sizing chart to use as a guide, so I ordered the same calf size as my sock size. (I also ordered Zoot running socks, Size 4 at the same time.) When the arrived, I tried them on. Size 4 is TOO small for a size 10.5 - 11 (U.S.) or greater foot, likewise one's calf.

My calf measures size 17 (U..S.) According to the size chart on the box, Size 4 SHOULD fit as 17 falls between 15 and 17.5

It's written on the sock and calf sleeve as well. Size 4. So the sizing appears to be WAY off. There's no way either of these things are going to fit onto a size 4 calf (my guess was right) or a size 11 foot. NO way. I've double checked and triple checked now to confirm any other mistakes I may have made. Huh uh, I got it right. So something is maybe wrong in the manufacturing process???Read more ›

2 sleeves in the box, sizing is accurate, good quality, yellor pair is bright.

Although the title says sleeve (singular)there are actually two sleeves in the box. Quality is decent and a cut above the C9 sleeves I got at Target. Sizing is accurate and measured around the calf. One reviewer has posted the sizes as listed on the box. His posting is accurate so I won't redo it. I am not sure why he thinks these are too small though. Foot size has nothing to to with calf size, you measure around your calf to get your size. I wear a size 12 shoe, but that is irrelavent. I have a 16" calf measurement which puts me in a size 4. Size 4 fits me perfectly. They should be a little tight as they are compression sleeves. Mine feel great and I wear them for hours without issue. Length was fine for me but I am 6'3". I got the yellow pair and white pair. The yellow pair is the nice bright safety yellow. I have machine washed and dried these several times now and they are holding up great.

Will probably work for some, but did not for me.

I just received these and my review is based upon wearing them only once, because I cannot honestly say that I intend to keep using this product. I ordered a size 5, which by the measurements on the manufacture's website should have been plenty large enough. However, after wearing for a short while, they started to dig in around the ankle and left marks on my legs. Besides that, even though they are supposed to fit a calf up to 20 inches and mine are 18, they were way stretched out around the calf. The red threads used to provide that pop of color are not elastic and pulled, giving them an awkward appearance when worn. As for the compression, they felt right, but the fit unfortunately was not good for me.

These worked great for a long day of travel; my only complaint is that the cuff at top and bottom were somewhat binding and left rings on my legs after a very long day. But i wanted to give these a shot over a pair of recovery socks, as they were more likely to allow me to wear them more than once before needing to wash them...I knew socks would need washed after each wear. Looking forward to taking them out for a run this spring, which was the other reason i purchased these sleeves.

Overall a good choice

The sleeves work very well for me, I use them most of the time when I run and sometimes I wear them for a while after a speedwork or a long run. I prefer this material over spandex sleeves I have tried. My only complaint is the threads in the gray stitch pattern begins to stick out over time and I've had to trim a lot of it off. Otherwise, I highly recommend these.

Be careful with size/stretch - do not buy for compression stockings only or for swollen legs...
