I initially thought this was a great pot and was considering ordering a larger size. However, precisely 32 days after it arrived (and on about the 5th use), a big chunk of the enameling simply came off while I was cooking in it. The rest is unblemished as I've been extremely careful to follow the usage instructions. However, this pot is now unusable. Clearly, these are not built to the quality everyone talks about for the old ones. Amazon was kind enough to refund me despite the return period having expired, but I'm very disappointed with Kobenstyle. Buyer beware.

I've used Dansk Cookware for years and have taken it for granted. But this summer my husband started making Barbecued Chicken Wings as an appetizer. We began using this large Dansk baker because he can put the wings directly from the grill into the pan, add a simmering sauce from the stove top and then put the baker directly into the oven. We serve it from the oven to the appetizer table on the porch. It is a punch of color and our guests love it.

I quickly spray the pan before every use and it is very easy to clean. The baker goes in the dishwasher on a regular basis and it looks as good as when we first purchased it.

I handle it with some care as enamel can chip if it is hit by another heavy object - but it can be used on a daily basis for years and retain its good looks.

i bought it a month ago, using twice and damaged already. honestly water evaporated quickly so u can only use very low heat takes longer time cooking cassarole. if u look at the pix the inside coating comes off and cannot be used anymore.
im so pissed and not sure how i can get refund for my purchase.

A really nice pan I would otherwise have given 5 stars to, except when I called Lenox to confirm its country of manufacture, they told me it was still made in France. When the pan arrived, it was plainly marked Made In Taiwan. Disappointing.

We had a Dansk pot from 20+ years ago and it was time for a new one. Upon the first day after opening, I dropped it and the entire rim of the pot cracked and broke apart. The previous one had been tossed around and gone camping with us and withstood a lot of abuse and didn't break apart.

I'm dating myself, but I had a smaller Kobenstyle baker some years ago, as well as the covered pot and lasagna pan.
I asked for the round baker for Christmas, and I'd love to have a few more pieces. First, this is a beautiful, bright red that received rave reviews on the buffet table. More importantly, I have always been a Dansk fan and love the quality and looks of their product. I don't see any difference in the high quality between this baker and the one I owned many years ago. Several family members put this on their own wish lists for next year. I recommend the lasagna pan as well, it's nice and heavy.

Aesthetically, the Dansk butter warmer is really beautiful. It feels good in the hand and looks lovely on the stove. I wanted it to be wonderful in every way, but unfortunately what it boasts in good looks it really lacks in performance.
The pouring side of the pot is almost non-existent. It's barely a blip in the curve. Consequently, it does not pour well. At all.
For warming butter only, it might be fine, but I bought this primarily for warming milk. Every time I heat milk in this, it spills all over the side of the pot as I pour. I have to pour over the sink it's so bad, so it's basically a daily exercise in frustration until I find a more functional milk pot. It's kitchen eye candy, but not much more.
