I have tried just about every protective case. One made it waterproof and impossible to be heard. One protected it from dropping but made it twice as thick as it normally would be. I looked for a simple belt pouch, well made, secure fit and easy retrieval. This case was exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Totally satisfied.

This case does not fit the IPhone 5s with a ultra thin case on it. Would like to exchange it for the oversize case in hopes that it will fit. Have had your case for previous IPhone and have used it for many years with high satisfaction. Disappointed in this one since it does not fit. Unfortunately, now I will have to pay postage to return it and shipping to get the new one.

I think they should just stop advertising this case for iPhone 5 and 5s use until they make the case larger to accommodate the iPhone with protective case. How many people use their iPhone without a protective case anyway? It was a total waste of my time as I had to return the case to Amazon and order another holster.

The fit is fine, the quality is terrible. I'm on my second case for my iPhone 5 and in both the belt clip has loosened up and made the case unusable. The last one lasted about 6 months. I won't be buying another.

This case comes in very useful, as I take daily walks with my dog, and it secures the phone to my waist band. Its a little snug for the iPhone 5s, but I feel that makes it all the more secure.

The case is over half an inch short of fitting an iPhone 5 with a slim case on it - which I have, and was the reason for ordering. It is going back. Beside the product not being as advertised, I now have to hassle with returning it, and finding another product that is hopefully correct - not to mention the week that I'm without a case. Lesson learned: When you find a case that works, order one for a back up. The item came factory sealed in it's original case, with a plastic molded insert that holds the item. There's no way this was ever intended for an iPhone 5.
