Unbelievable!

I made this cake for a dinner party this weekend. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was! It was so rich, almost more brownie like. And it was so incredibly chocolately! I used farm fresh eggs, ghee, and rice milk for all the substitutions. And I used a PB2 recipe to frost it. You will not be disappointed with this mix. I also highly recommend Inspiration Dad's Pizza Crust mix as well!

tastes like real bread

This mix tastes like real bread and is the closest gluten free bread mix I've found to whole wheat tasting bread. My only problem was it never rose that high compared to the video demonstration. I do think next time I would add all egg whites to help with that issue. All in all good bread, I will purchase again.

This stuff is So. Darn. Good. And easy to make. A little goes a long way - I make it in half-size batches and it's more than enough. I make two pound cakes at a time and a half-batch is plenty to drizzle both, plus leave a pool of it to dip in. Highly recommend.

This is the first Gluten Free mix I have used. Not allergic to Gluten but trying to cut down on our intake. They turned out very well. Nice and fluffy with a dark golden color. Plus the ingredients are NON-GMO. Kids couldn't tell the difference between this and our usual Bob's Red Mill.

We tried this again and I am surprised at how much it makes. A great value! Plus it is whole grain. Will definitely purchase in the future!

I use this mix to make delicious very decorated cakes for my business for my food allergy customers! We eat it as well and love love love it~ Have had nothing but EXCELLENT feedback from each one who has purchased one of these cakes I have made. You can substitute for other allergys such as egg and dairy and still bakes wonderfully! Goes perfect with the chocolate drizzle frosting made by inspiration mixes. ENJOY!!

After 2 years of searching I honestly feel like the search is over for something that is truly reminiscent of Aunt Jemima pancake mix. The buttermilk taste really lends itself to being a gluten free comparable in my book. I've even used this mix to make donut holes and they were very tasty!

It is a pie crust

It was a pie crust, but suffered from the same issues that a lot of GF products have. Just not quite right. Maybe I just don't love pie enough. It was a good try though.
