I was recently turned on to Seaweed as a low-cal snack. I've tried several different seaweeds and this is a personal favorite. The quality of the Seaweed is clear. They say it's hand picked, and it shows. Rather than perfect pieces that you see in other brands, there are clear holes in some pieces, but that makes it looks more authentic. The Original flavor actually uses sesame oil and sea salt. The sesame really adds a nice flavor. The sea salt is a little strong but nothing that a glass of water can't fix. Several of my friends got hook just with a single bite! One big bag is 3 servings. With each serving being 25 calories, a whole bag is only 75 cal. This is a great snack to sit next to your computer and to nibble on as you work/play.

I bought this to help supplement iodine in my diet and it is DELICIOUS. It is salty and crunchy like (really thin) potato chips but has the umami, seaweed taste of sushi. I ended up coming back to order larger packs because I was eating 3 of them a day by myself and then my kids were eating some, too.

I love them. This was my very first time ever trying Seaweed snacks. Now, I will say that even though I love them, these may not be for everyone. They are crunchy, salty, and melt in your mouth. It is from the sea and has a slight ocean like taste. It's not over bearing or anything. It's really good. They are kind of addictive, if you are the type of person that likes this sort of thing. I don't recommend buying a case if it's your first time like me. However, I'm happy with my purchase and my decision.
