As anyone who has the Samsung Galaxy S3 knows, the biggest drawback to the phone is the battery. I looked at getting an extended battery, but that ugly hump back really ruins the sleek look of the S3, and besides, I couldn't find a case that would fit with the extended battery in place. I was resigned to hauling around an extra battery and living with it, but my wife thought i might like this, instead. After a day of usage, here are my initial impressions:

PROS:

1. The case fits and holds the S3 well. The interior of the case, against which the back of the S3 rests, is lined with a velvet like material, soft and not likely to scratch the S3's back. The connector for the S3 fits well, and the S3 is held in place at the top by a clip. I did the shake test, and the phone did not slip out or fall. I do not know if repeatedly inserting and removing the phone will loosen the grip of the clip, but for now it works well.
2. The cutouts are not quite perfectly centered for the camera or flash, but several pictures showed me that they do not interfere, either.
3. The battery in the case took about an hour and a half to charge when I got it, and it had no problem charging my nearly drained phone battery (showed 15%) when I inserted the phone.
4. The is a handy pop out kickstand (ala the original EVO) on the back of the case. Again, it is held in place by a latch, so I don't know how well it will last over time, but it is nice touch.
5. Even with the phone in the case, it still fits in my Nite Ize holster, which I LOVE and which would be a deal breaker for me otherwise.

CONS:

1. The micro USB slot in the case is reversed from the S3 slot.Read more ›

Well To start this review i am going start with saying the needs i had when i decided to order this product.
I have a S3 and needed a longer lasting battery life between charges because i am on the "road".
And i wanted it to have a Flip Case also so it could protect the screen.

I have been using it for 2 weeks before i wrote this review.

Now on to my review and opinion of the product,

Pros :

-The design is great the form factor is the perfect, i love that with it the phone does not become too heavy or too big, it keep his easy handling and good size.
-The cuts for the camera and speaker are just right, they don't interfere with the flash, camera or speaker.
- The Kick stand is also a great plus.
- 4 Hours extra battery life is just what i needed to helps me get through my day.

Cons :
- It does not have a bypass to charge the phone while it is in the case and plugged in, this make charging the phone with the case on too slow and painful cause the case must be turned on.
It took me 6 hours to charge the phone from 5% battery to full charge, a process that takes me 2 hours top when i plug the phone in normally.
After all this the battery case it self did not charge, cause to charge it, you must turn it off.

- It take about 4 hours or more of the cause being plugged in and turned of to fully charge, and you only get a 4 hours charge top.

- The holding clip to hold the phone in place is too flimsy it started to chip away, and broke in about 10 days. This is specially a problem cause to connect the phone to charge or to use the USB port for data you must take the phone out of the case.Read more ›

first of all, no way this thing is 3200mAh. it'll charge my gs3 to 100% with basically no leftover juice when the gs3 battery is 2200mAh.. charges rather slowly when the phone is on and being used. I'VE found the best way to use it is to have it running to keep your battery at a certain level. there are better battery cases out there for this price. also, the back cover came off from normal usage

i purchased two, one for me and the other one for my dad, the one i gave to my dad has no problems but the other came with the port defective, i contacted the vendor and they provided me the worst customer service ever so i dont recommend this product or this guys ever
