I got this in the mail after getting tired of having a winged scapula and having a professor of mine recommend it. The moment I put it on i felt my body naturally go back into correct posture without it being "forced". I had my significant other (who is a DPT) look at my back and make sure it fit properly and he was amazed to see that my shoulders were even, my posture looked better and I felt better. I wore it the rest of the day and later that night when changing for bed i found that slumping back into my old ways already became more irriating sooner then later and i would correct my posture. Lets hope this helps aid in a faster recovery. I have very high hopes consider wearing it for a few hours made me that much more aware!

Just what the doctor recommended to help with posture and neck pain. I started wearing these sports bras in lieu of constant use of kinesio tape. I even wear it for every-day use, not just when engaging in athletic activities. Comes with breast pads which dont stay in place (imagine my surprise as these pads emerged at teh neck line...), so I dumped them.

This bra did not provide any posture support and is very difficult to get into. I found a sports bra (Moving Comfort- Juno ) for women with large breasts that provides more support for breasts and posture. I have an intelliskin shirt that provides much better postural support than this pricey bra.

I am 5'6, 140 pounds, pretty fit (fitness professional.) I usually wear a size small and wear a 34 band size bra, so after consulting size chart ordered the small, which is much too small for me, even though I like my sports bras to be very snug and usually order them on the smaller size so that they really keep my chest in place as I bounce around while I teach Zumba, etc. I also wish it did not have that silly logo, especially in such a visible place. I am very disappointed as this is by far the most expensive bra I have ever bought :(

I bought the bra because I thought I would be more likely to wear it than the shirt, but I think it might have some reduced functionality compared to the shirt. The part of the bra that is most essential to improving posture is a strip of fabric on the outer most parts of the shoulder straps. I definitely feel the cue to correct posture from this fabric, but this part of the bra as moves around on me a bit and only works when I continually pull the outer fabric part out and down my shoulders. I imagine that this part of the shirt would stay in place better since the shirt has sleeves that would help maintain the position of this fabric strip. In the end, I would rather have the money I spent on this item than the item itself and I'm still left wondering about the shirt, but probably won't buy it due to the price. If I were to do it over, I would get the shirt instead of this item.

Bottom line. All the reviews are somewhat correct. This is a comfortable supportive sports bra. It supports and encourages you to have better posture. But there are No magic wands. If you need to improve your posture, you have to do it yourself. This product will not 'cure' you of bad posture. Yes, it is hard to get on and off, but not horrible. Check the charts and buy your size. If you are very big busted, it will squish you down and you may not like it. If you are smaller busted there is padding so you dont look like a board. Was it worth the price? probably but I wont buy 4-5 of them and that is what you would need to do to wear these everyday. Hence, mine ended up as a special occasion product rather than a daily, improve your posture product. Maybe I would benefit more if I did wear it everyday, but i found that option impractical. I love mine, but I still wish there were a magic wand.

I was having muscle cramping in my upper arms and chest when at the keyboard. Physical therapy wasn't helping. My PT finally suggested I try this bra. It has made a huge difference in my comfort level when working at the keyboard, sometimes for many hours a day. It's tight. I won't deny that my breasts are happy to be released from this at the end of the day. But I tried a bigger size and it was just like any sports bra so it did nothing for my problem. The company was very cooperative about exchanging the larger one for another small one. So if you are buying this to help with posture, muscle pain, etc., go with tight. That's what does the job.
