Very tasty. Just spicy enough to give it kick without overwhelming. Love that it's ready in 90 seconds. It's good mixed with browned crumbled sausage or Little Smokies. I make it a main dish and serve with salad or green vegetable.

This was salty! It is also a lot more expensive than the boxed rice (though I realize you are paying for ready-to-eat). My kids liked it, but I would not purchase again since it was simply too salty for my liking.

I love this product. I usually get the boxed one that you have to fix, but it has gluten and this one does not. Plus it only takes 90 seconds to heat them up. I use them to make my favorite "Chicken tortilla Soup". A lot less time to make it now.

I really like the boxed Zatarain's and was excited to try the quick heat pouches to use as a quick lunch. Not a good idea. The flavor is nothing like the boxed Red Beans and Rice, and the consistency is like glue. Pass on this one.

I am eating one of these right now and it is delicious! ready in 90 seconds and vegetarian friendly, I love it. Just ordered the 8 pack of the garden veg and brown rice. The other reviewer must be a chef or something... with super high standards, this stuff is good!

I was skeptical because it's in a pouch instead of a box. Also, you don't have to add anything, not even water. Would be a great on the road food. It's really delicious!
