In humid hot Florida our bath towels never dry in time for the next shower. I am usually overheated after showers so putting on makeup can be a difficult time. I started out looking for a cool wrap for after showers. Without any luck I stumbled upon this item. I ordered the dark blue and yellow. They arrived today, beautifully packaged, if you can imagine! They smell of the towel when unpacked was lovely, I hated to wash it! But i did launder them right away. Outside they dried in under an hour. I took a bath, dried off and wrapped the towel around me. The towel was not nearly as wet as a fluffy towel. It looked cute wrapped on me and didn't fall off, that's amazing! I'm 5ft4 and a very curvy 14/16 and this towel was plenty big to fit around me. I was cool and comfy, even wrapped around me the towel was dry in an hour. I only took it off to get dressed to go to the store, otherwise I might have lounged in it all day!

I purchased this item b/c I needed something compact and soft to take with me to the gym each morning. I am in a water aerobics class and needed a towel that could dry me, dry quickly and not take up tons of space. What I received was even better!!! It is so beautiful, I will even wear it as a scarf, wrap or sarong. I can't even tell you how many people complimented me on it. I love ALL the colors I've purchased!!! The 37" x 70" is perfect to wrap around myself out the pool and shower and then folds up to fit in my small duffle bag (other bath sheets are too bulky & the thin quick dry towels are tooooo scratchy!) This towel seems to get softer and softer each time I use it. A HUGE plus. I highly recommend this if you are looking for something beautiful & functional. It really is the perfect towel - super soft, absorbent, quick drying & compact. One more thing.... each towel comes wrapped in a ribbon with a glass charm, a sweet and personalized touch that I really appreciated. I plan to add several more to my growing collection!

I bought the cacala lilac towel for around 20 bucks and absolutely loved it. I decided to buy three more and bought 3 of these cheaper towels and the difference in quality was obvious. These are too thin and really rough. My other towel is thin but you can't see through the stitching like these and it's also way softer. I was not happy with these towels at all.

I purchased a few different colors of this towel (five to be exact). They arrived in a timely manner. The packaging is neat, cute and gift-able. Each towel has a cute evil eye (I hope the name is correct) in the packaging which is color coordinate with the towel. The quality of the towel is absolutely amazing. You must know it is not like fluffy towels, one is usually familiar with. Actually they are rather thin and very light (perfect for trips). It gets very soft after the first few uses. The absorbency of these towels is amazing. I have long hair and I know what I am talking about. I wish the small size towels were cheaper so I could buy a few of those too. I will for sure purchase a few to give as gift to my friends.

Very, very, very thin. Have several other peshtemal and I love them. This one is like shirt fabric and so insubstantial that I may cut it up and make it into dishtowels but only for glassware as they wouldn't make it through a small meal's worth of dishes. Sooooo, disappointed. Better deal and better product from local discount home store.

This towel was advertised as Dark Purple but is pale purple and only dark purple on the 1/2" selvage edges giving it a strange effect. It is so thin I can see through it and is very rough, doesn't even feel like cotton. I had bought the same towel in a different color a few weeks previous and that towel is wonderful, twice as thick as this one which seems more like a factory reject. First towel was packaged with a glass eye charm but this one was not. As warned by other reviews, I made sure both purchases were same brand "Fulfilled by Amazon" so I thought I would get the same towel. Wrong. Horrible quality.

these are thin and make great covers for oversize clients as they are wide enough and long enough to provide full coverage,
what I do not like is that the colors are very pale and they look darker in the picture. Otherwise - unlike other blankets I have had whose tassels tangle in the wash these do not :-)
I use them in my massage practice and will buy more as I need them. Would be nice if they were sold at a discount in a package of three or more

I was really hoping I would love this towel. It has only gone through around 5 wash/dry cycles, so I hope it softens and gets more absorbent over time, because right now it's like drying my hands with newspaper.
