Excellent Program.

This is an excellent program. Doesn't take allot of RAM to run it so your computer stays fast unlike MacAfee or Norton that bog down computers making them much slower. This version is basic but still has some great extras. Other version have parental controls and let me tell you, they work like a charm. My friends son used to be able to override other programs parental controls but he can't with ESET. I love the product and the customer service is always great with no wait time on hold. There always helpful with questions or even helping you install program. Will continue to buy this product.

Been using Nod32 since version 4. Light on resources and never had a virus. Like with any antivirus though, you still have to use common sense. No security software is 100%. It takes a layered approach.

Great Balance of Protection & Speed!

I have been using NOD32 for several years and have found it to give the best balance of thorough protection without slowing down my system. I still check reviews and tests every so often, but so far NOD32 is still leading the pack! I have it on several computers.

Another pro is that if you have an active license for the product, you can always upgrade to the newest version. So if you see an old version at a deep discount - GRAB IT! You can download the latest version at ESET's website and then use the old license to activate it.

One negative - their User ID & Password system is aggravatingly complicated. If you renew before the license ends, it's simple - but if you let it lapse and need a new license, it's a pain.

I love this software. I wont put nothing else on my computer. It does get annoying sometimes when it kicks me out of something I am researching but I have had no issues with my computer and I go on everything. I love how It scans and tells me what to do. I sued Norton before this and I wont go back...I will keep buying this software. I use it on all of my computers.
