I'm a 5'5'' 150 pound woman, fairly small excluding my thighs, this was so tight in the thighs, and mine aren't even that big! Also, the sleeves were quite short, not providing ample wrist protection even with gloves. The zipper broke right away and the butt ripped. Although, I will note that Amazon is sending me a replacement, via one-day shipping since I have a deadline I need to wear it for and can't find one in town, so I was pretty impressed with that.

I'm 5'8 and ~170lbs — not sure if I was supposed to strip down nude to wear this thing, but it was rather tight wearing over sport shorts and a t-shirt. You might consider a large size if you're my size or even a bit smaller.
