I've now purchased several "Amico"-branded M3-threaded products. They are of very good quality (for the price). I've become accustomed to paying 3-10 times this price for competing products, so I jumped on these when I saw them listed.

Quality:
I spot tested my pack of 50 for errors in the threads. Most of them thread quite okay. Some of them have a little resistance, but none of them have failed to thread. No complaints, but not perfect.

Packaging:
Mine came in a little plastic baggie, enclosed in a plastic shipping pouch. Cheap, but okay for this kind of product.

Shipping:
The ones that I'd received were sold by Uxcell. They took a little over two weeks to get here, and I was not provided with tracking information. Based on the markings on the packaging, they either originated from, or passed through, Hong Kong. The customs declaration, perhaps notably, is a "gift" of "cell-phone accessories", Heh.

Overall:
If can wait a while, go for it. I will update this review if I find any terrible flaws.
