It's super cute and looks exactly as shown. It actually appeared better than I expected--it was nicely knitted, the colors are vibrant and the ball is just as big as the photo (a lot of people are commenting that it's very large, but if you compare it to the photos, it's just as it is in the pictures). I really dig it, since I love winter hats and am quite patriotic. It's fall and I'm already wearing it. The down side about the hat is the weight of the ball. It's pretty heavy (for my head at least), but it's not like the beanie is going to fall off, whether you wear it loosely or snug, in which you can wear either way, depending on the size of your head. It may have taken forever to arrive, but I was very happy with this order.

My 5 yo autistic son is a big fan of the American flag and he was very happy with this hat but after wearing it less than 10 times the pom pom started falling apart and now has completely fallen off :(

Cute, cute, cute. I loved it. I have a big head and this did fit a little big. I took off the pom pom right a way since it was huge and made me look like a clown. I think girls would dig wearing the pom,pom. The quality of this beanie would be a 7 out of 10. This shipped from china.

The hat came earlier than expected, although not that much earlier. Unfortunately, after wearing it for a week, the pompom came off and now I have a bunch of red yarn strings all over the place. The hat is warm, and still works withouth the pompom, but it needs to be attached a whole lot better than it was.
