Color: Stacked Heels Verified Purchase
The quality and colors of "L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Shadow Quads, Stacked Heels" are exactly what I wanted. Soft and subtle hues do not scream "look at me." The powdered shadows go on smoothly and evenly; they do not flake off into your eyes. I found the shadow lasted throughout the day. The case is compact and fits easily into your bag; scratches are to be expected, so I did not downgrade the product because of the condition of the case.

L'Oreal has made using this product very easy for those of us who are not expert make-up artists. The back of the package shows the manner and order in which the various colors should be applied to create a modern "eye". The top color, as shown in the photo, is a light lilac and enhances without "popping". The white is to be applied above the eye, under the brow; I found it to be a bit obvious. It needed to be buffed some to reduce its depth. The third color from the top is a lavender hue; it does not appear as dark when applied as it does in the picture. The deep purple at the bottom of the palette works well, for me, as a liner when applied with the side of the included applicator. I do wish there were multiple applicators included with "L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Shadow Quads, Stacked Heels".

If you prefer a soft, subtle eyeshadow colors and are looking for something in the purple-family, you may want to consider "L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Shadow Quads, Stacked Heels". The Amazon Marketplace prices are significantly less than I found in the local area. Delivery was quick and the new product was in excellent condition.

Color: Cookies & Cream
The quality of "L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Shadow Quads, Cookies and Cream" was exactly what I wanted. The powdered shadows go on smoothly and evenly; they do not flake off into your eyes. I found the shadow lasted throughout the day. The case is compact and fits easily into your bag; scratches are to be expected, so I did not downgrade the product because of the condition of the case. While the name "Cookies and Cream" leads one to think of deep chocolate and cream tones, the product photo dispels that notion.

These are soft and subtle hues that do not scream "look at me", but they were not quite as they appeared in the product photo. Only one was somewhat different than I expected. Rather than the soft tone of gray, "L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Shadow Quads, Cookies and Cream's" primary color proved to be silver and slightly metallic in appearance. The other colors included with the palette are as they appear in the photo - deep gray, white, and charcoal.

L'Oreal has made using this product very easy for those of us who are not expert make-up artists. The colors were a surprise. Although these are soft and subtle hues that do not scream "look at me", they were not as they appeared in the product photo. Rather than the soft tones of gray I expected, "L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Shadow Quads, Sophisticated Angel's" colors proved to be green. Because the colors were ones I had forgotten to order, I was not disappointed and kept the "mistaken" purchase.
