I recently gave this product a try and it really works! I decided it was time to get healthy again so I knew that meant cutting soda and coffee out of my life. I was drinking a cup of coffee in the morning and then drinking a soda for lunch at work. I searched around and came across the product but decided I didn't need it and could quit my caffeine habit on my own. Boy was I wrong. I was having terrible headaches and felt crappy so I gave in and had my caffeine. I remembered seeing this product and decided to give it shot. I'm really glad that I did! I did NOT have any caffeine withdrawl symptoms! No headaches and I had energy! I've been off this product for about 2 weeks now and have not had ANY caffeine cravings.

I will recommend this product to all my friends and family! Thanks for helping cut the habit and helping me get healthy again!!

I drink caffeine all day, everyday and I knew it was time for a change. This is the only product out there that actually helps you quit. I bought it because I wanted to stop using energy drinks. I didn't quit caffeine completely, but I never suffered through the headaches at all, which I get quite often. Not quitting coffee in the morning was my choice, I'm sure I could have quit completely if I wanted to. Original review for Quit Caff: I was finally able to quit coffee. I tried several times before and by the 3rd day I was so tired, specially in the afternoon, that I had to go back to my coffee dose. Tried a lot of supplements and nothing worked. With this pills I did quit coffee and I haven't missed it since. If you are committed to quit caffeine try this you won't be disappointed.

EDIT (13/07/2015): buyers beware, this is not the product I bought when I wrote my review, this is a different formulation. I have no idea if this new formula works or not. The one I used was called Quit Caff, this is called Caffeine ALT.

EDIT (16/12/2015): Tried this new formula, does not work like the previous formula. As a matter of fact it had the opposite reaction, I felt drowsy and even a bit depressed. Probably I could have an intolerance or reaction to one or more ingredients, the old formula didn't cause this. I stopped taking it and will never buy again.

I have been looking for a product for months now to help me with my caffeine addiction. I have not been able to find any products out there and I am so glad that there finally is one! I have just completed the 10 days and I can tell you that THIS PRODUCT WORKS! I no longer crave my 3 cups of morning coffee and lunctime soda. I noticed that once I started taking Quit Caff I had more energy and didn't feel sluggish like I usually do. I am only giving it 4 stars out of 5 though because I wish I didn't have to take so many capsules a day as I hate swallowing pills. Overall, I would definately recommend this product. Thanks!

I've been addicted to caffeine for at least 10 years. My boyfriend picked these up for me because I was worried about all of the nasty effects that came with aspartame in diet sodas. Not to mention there are harmful things about caffeine as well.

For the last 15 years I have been addicted to Mountain Dew. I have tried to quit many times, but have failed miserably with every attempt.

I'm not sure if this product is great for quitting caffeine, but the ingredients are similar (if not exact) to other products (not tagged for quitting caffeine) and much cheaper. Check out BrainGenX and compare the price and ingredients. Good luck to all trying to beat this habit!
