These are tasty and I am enjoying one with my morning coffee break while I write this, but reading the nutrition facts and the ingredients list on the package, I have to think that this is more of a tasty and somewhat healthy cookie than a substitute for breakfast. According to the package, a serving is four biscuits which adds up to 230 calories. Though that includes 3 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber, it also includes 13 grams of sugar and 8 grams of fat.

They are good, tasting like a nice butter cookie with just a hint of cinnamon and apple. Still, I think I'll be more likely to have one from time to time as a little treat with my morning coffee or after dinner than to substitute a package for breakfast. There I'd more likely chose a low-fat fruit yogurt which would have more than twice the protein, less sugar and fat, and less calories.

More expensive than in the store, so far the ones I have gotten out have been in pieces. I like the product itself because I can keep it in the car and don't have to worry about things melting. I just don't like the price or that I got pieces instead of biscuits.

These apple cinnamon biscuits are great for a snack, just take one out of the pack and enjoy a very tasty cracker.I carry them with me on trips and my husband eats the whole pack and is looking for more. Put them in the kids lunch pack , and they will be very satisfied. We love this cookie, and they are very easy to buy at Amazon, just order, and they come right to the door in a few days .

Lots of chocolate flavored products on the market these days, some good, some gross. This one is good. It tastes like a chocolate biscuit and it is very fiber heavy. Really fills you up in the morning and lasts a long time. I eat two for breakfast and save the other two for mid morning snack. Yum.

I have nut allergies and it is hard to find anything that is geared toward the adult taste bud without nuts in it. A good option for me.

Made a fan out of a skeptic! That is because the idea of these flat biscuit/cracker/cookie things did not seem as appealing as meal replacement bars or other morning food options. I didn't get what they were from the TV commercials, and just thought they were a bad idea.
I don't remember what made me even try them. But I have been looking for healthy quick food at a good price.
When I took the first bite (I got Apple Cinnamon) I was very pleasantly surprised. They are unique in flavor, fresh and tasty. Not as much junk as a pop tart or some meal replacement bars. I get tired of things fast. But I am ordering my 3rd 3 pack.
They would be good to carry anywhere. They don't make my stomach heavy or acidy.
I recommend trying these!
