My "A" and "T" key died (most used), didn't bother with RMA as it still worked sometimes, and I had to pay for shipping for a $25 keyboard (on sale at Canada Computer). Zalman is, and has always been, subpar, but that's okay for cases and such, but for actual hardware, it can't be trusted.

I wish it was not as tall, the distance to activate the keys. You end up having each finger drop down into its own valley, limiting typing speed.
