1) The chains are too short (and I'm about 63.5 or 5'3.5").
2) The ball is not pliable and is difficult to keep in for too long. It's a lot of weight to be pressing down on your teeth.
3) Because of how it's made, the edges cut into the sides of your mouth. This also causes the inability to keep it on for long periods of time.
4) The adjustable strap is hard to adjust by yourself and falls down if it's not put on just right.
5) The rubber tips do not stay on and after one use, I've already lost mine. This, of course, makes it even more painful to wear.
6) They do not include a picture of the box, which would show you that the placement of the ball gag simply doesn't stay up well. Looking at the box, I wonder if perhaps the image is photoshopped. This would be the only explanation for why it appears placed so comfortably and firmly.

If you're a sadist/masochist and the above intrigues you, that's great. If you're just looking into BDSM, then I would suggest finding another Ball Gag. It is a bit extreme, but only because it's made poorly. I would not recommend this product.
