I am happy with this baby book, and i love the sweet flower and ribbon detail on the front cover. Also like how it has a picture on the front. I added Baby's name in pink adhesive letters across the top above the picture. However, i was surprised when a light pink book arrived and not the lavender/lilac shade that is pictured. I'll keep it, but i would have preferred the lilac color.

Each light pink page is beautifully decorated with butterfly or roses designs. Most of the pages have borders and of course titles. really, a lot is included with this book.

The included pages' titles are:

Spread the news, a Baby is due! (pregnancy info)
Showers of Good wishes/Photos and Mementos from the Party

I am a scrapbooker, and I was looking for a great baby book that would be really thorough in documenting our daughter's growth and experiences. This one is wonderful. It has pages about mommy & daddy, the day we found out we were pregnant, our family tree, my baby showers & birth experience, her birth announcement, birth certificate, foot & hand prints, doctor's visits & growth, first days home, and more. It also has a page for pictures and memories of every month for the first year, then every year for the first five. Very very cute.

I purchased this book after some research into memory books for my daughter. The book is very nice and it would make a nice gift. The flower is pretty on the front, however, I kept the box it shipped in (white with clear front) so it could be stored with other photo books and not damage the flower. It might be better to have one with a picture of a flower rather than one on the front for this reason. Regardless, it is dainty and I liked it when I saw it. The pages are nice and large and offer lots of room to write. The pages to fill are large but don't require a novel and are nicely planned out. It will be a nice book for her to look at once she is older. It has a place for photos, birth certificate, footprints/hand prints, baby bracelet from the hospital. and announcement. There is also a page about what things cost too where you attach a grocery receipt - how funny! It'll be good to see how much inflation has occurred when we look at it later. The book goes month to month until one year, then yearly until five, It's thorough without being overwhelming. I would recommend this to others.

I ordered this for my Granddaughter. I fell in love with the cover design and the fact that I could place my Granddaughter's photo in the front. There is a page for everything so you can document to your heart's desire. The only reason I did not give this a solid 5 is because I wish it had pouches in the back to store photos and other little items.

When i saw this baby book, i fell in love with it. It is soo beautiful and is filled with lots of space for pictures. It doesn't seem to have a lot of "useless" pages like a lot of other baby books do and has neat options like prices and fads now days, so she can compare prices and fads when she's older.

I love this book! I'm so glad i purchased the C.R. Gibson Baby Girls First Memory Book as it covers everything i was looking for. I am 81/2 months pregnant with my first baby and wasnt exactly sure what i wanted in a book until i started researching. I had a really hard time picking one out as i have read tons of reviews on all kinds of baby books and everyone is very picky in what they want the books to contain (understandably). This one seemed to cover a lot of what most moms wanted in a book which helped guide me into deciding on this book. It covers a little about about your pregnancy before the baby is born, your baby showers, your family tree, reactions, and then gets into when your baby is born regarding birthing, size, weight, length, what you brought your baby home in, a space for hand and foot prints, the hospital bracelet, your baby announcement. It goes into your babies firsts: word, bath, teeth, haircut, etc. And it also has space for your baby's progress monthly for the first year, and then each birthday for the first 5 years. The overall quality and feel of the book is nice and sturdy, the pages are thick, and the flower feels like it is attached nicely. It did arrive in a plastic and cardboard case which i will be keeping the book in when its not in use to protect the flower and front of the book. Overall i am happy with my purchase and would recommend this book to first time moms who are not too sure what exactly they will want in a babys first memory book :)
