Good, durable. Unfortunately I didn't pay close attention to the item description and read "27 inches" and assumed that was for the sign itself. The sign is actually 18x18 as the post says further down; the 27 is with the handle. So it might not be up to code depending on the regulations of the company you work for, but as far as being a non-reflective 18x18 stop slow sign? It does an excellent job a it.

I equip all of my employees with stop and slow paddles. The best thing about this paddle is the sturdy and solid construction. Some previously bought cheaper models were definitely more flimsy. Also many of the stop paddles sold are stop/stop paddles. The stop/s;pw paddle better meets the mandates of some positions and adds versatility. I will buy again.

This stop/slow paddle is made entirely of plastic, aside from bolts and nuts to hold the handle onto the sign.
It is much lighter and less likely to get dented than the aluminum ones, not to mention less likely to attract lightening.
It is also about half the price of those from other sources.
