Well we bought these March 29, 2013. And while we are just about at the end of the "Calibration Stage" so far I am very impressed. We've gotten 2-3 hours of Battery Span Increase with normal use. My Stock Battery was needing the car charger during my commute to work, and even then, after a 8.5hr shift the battery would be in the red, and would not make it home. Some times I would have to charge my phone while I was at work just to make it through the day. These Zero-Lemons have made it through every shift with juice to spare. Heck, I have been working double shifts (close to 20hrs) the past few days and I have to admit the first day I was pretty nervous, but these little guys have made it through the day with me, all the way back to the house. I have to say going from a "maybe" 8 hour battery life (Stock Battery) to a "definite" 13 hour lifespan is awesome. These batteries have a rather long charge time, so if you are buying them for multiple phones, it's going to be difficult to discharge them and recharge them fully in time for the next days activities. I suggest you do as I have done, purchase a set, and then if you like them buy another. I bought my wife her own set, just because of the difficulty in attempting to share them.

Obviously these are new, and as time goes on I will update my review.

Update: 11/25/14
Well, after having these for quite a long time now: 1 set lasted us around 18 months, it may have been longer if not due to our working conditions. They visibly start to expand near the end of their life-span. We purchased another set, and we're good to go.

At first, battery charger was DOA. After communication with Zerolemon, they shipped to me quickly a new charger and a battery bonus. The new charger works greatly and batteries give a long time charge. Very good buy and super service with this company.

The package comes in a zip locked package containing the charger and 2 batteries. At first glance the batteries looked a bit ghetto because somebody took a sharpie to erase the "NFC Enabled" label on each battery (because NFC is NOT enabled). Nevertheless, nobody really looks at the battery anyway and as long as it performed well then i'm happy.

BATTERY:

I put one of the new batteries in my phone and charged it until 100%, left it on the charger for an extra hour and took it off to use. Here's my phone setup:

4G use 90% of the time.
Screen brightness at 50%.
Push email enabled.
Bluetooth, GPS, and other stuff off.
Verizon Wireless, stock jelly bean rom.
64gb SD card

I was able to use the phone for 11 hours of intensive use until it dropped to 13%. The total on screen time was 5.1 hours.

This usage involved emailing, texting, and using my phone to play tv shows from my SD card while I worked the whole day.

CHARGER:

Charger appears to be a repackaged generic wall charger with a USB port. When you plug it in, a bright blue light indicates it is on and also indicates when a battery is fully charged. A Red/pink light turns on when the charger is actively charging a battery.

An *important note* in my instance is that the light sometimes will turn Violet instead of blue to indicate the battery is charged. This was hard for me to notice but I read online that for some chargers such as these, you need to unplug the charger from the outlet and replug it if you want to charge a new battery in order to re-calibrate the charge status settings. Just remember to do that in order for the color to display properly.

CONCLUSION:

Definitely the best slim battery i've used so far.

I got an s3 last fall because I'm not quite ready for the size of the s4, since my phone tends to live in my back pocket. The battery life was so-so, as long as I wasn't out all day or using it a lot. I did some research and everything pointed to ZeroLemon being the best extended life battery on the market. When I upgraded to JellyBean 4.3 it suddenly got worse.

I ordered it last week when I realized my phone would probably be dead after one day of taking pictures and posting stuff at Wizard World Comic Con. I was right and it was close to dead at the end of the day. I spent as much time killing apps trying to save my battery as taking pictures. Everyone with an s3 knows about all the stuff that runs in the background and auto-starts, which eats up precious running time.

The battery came Monday, I charged it overnight, popped it in and left my phone off the charging cord for several hours. Cell signal isn't that great in my house and my phone spends a lot of time searching for signal, especially at night. It barely made dent, whereas the stock battery would have lost 20% or so in the same time span. I use the wi-fi on it a lot in the house too, and it was a major drain on the stock battery.

I didn't think I'd get to test it so thoroughly so soon! Tuesday afternoon winter storm Pax made his arrival in my state. Just before midnight we lost power. Nine hours later when I checked my phone I'd lost FIVE PERCENT of my battery. I was gobsmacked. As a side note I do have Battery Doctor and have a nighttime power plan turned on, but still. Nine hours sitting on my nightstand and it only went through 5% of the battery.

Throughout the day Wednesday I was emailing quite a bit on my phone, occasionally checking the weather, and posting to Facebook through Hootsuite.
