So far I dig this thing a lot. I did baking in professional kitchens so I really wanted something similar to what I was used to for baking at home.

The measurements are fairly accurate, I think it may have been an inch or two wider than the actual width of the pans it holds, so those trying to fit it within a very thin margin may want to confirm their measurements.

In addition, it's definitely not quite as robust as a steel pan rack, but the construction is very similar. Since the aluminum is probably not 100% as accurate in terms of machining tolerances, I did notice that some of the pans get a bit 'stuck' when moving them into place. I had to loosen the bolts a little bit to make sure I had a little extra wiggle room so my pans would slide in easier.

It's still very sturdy, though. I have a 16LB balance beam bakers scale resting on a full size sheet pan on the very bottom of my rack and it's stable. I also have another sheet pan halfway up that holds flour and other baking supplies and it's also stable.

I got the cover to go with it: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FE017QC/
The cover is awesome! It lets you unzip the side so you can get easy access, but still keeps too much dry kitchen air from getting at your bakes goods, while still allowing them to cool without steaming the enclosure.

For reference, the following sheet pans are confirmed to fit properly in the rack (occasional tolerance issues aside):

I am a home baker with a small kitchen. This cart has been my second best investment since my Kitchenaid stand mixer. I purchased a dozen half sheet trays and 4 perforated trays for my breads. I use the bottom for storage of odd size cake pans. This rack has earned its place in my small kitchen.

I have a number of little projects which I keep on trays, mostly fiberglass, but some aluminum. It was getting out of hand, storing and placing them:

Now I have a portable cart with my gopro tray, another with some other electronics, another with tools, all well organized.

Cheap and flimsy. In restaurant with heavy use it will break. But since it's 1/5th the price of the really good ones it may still be worth it. Should last at least 6 months is my guess. Rails will break if you load up trays that are heavy.

Love it! Easy to put together. The wheels are great - all together sturdy package. I'm glad I bought the bigger unit as the space between slots isn't that large (~3 inches) and I wanted this for bigger items.

WOW, worth the purchase price, this was invaluable in my cookie decorating. finally one place for cookies to dry after being frosted/iced. It took less than 30 minutes to unbox and assemble.

I'm a small softgoods manufacturer and I use this rack for everything. I went to the hardware store and had them cut 20 shelves out of melamine. Works very well and I'm buying another.

Loved it. Only thing it didn't come with instructions to put together. Other than that it is nice and sturdy.
