Let me just start by saying that these mats are awesome! I am an amateur photographer trying to grow his small business and I use this package to display and sell my artwork at two local stores. The mats themselves are sturdy and durable and the sleeves are clear and do not have that slightly foggy look. One thing to know is that you have to tape or glue or just leave the mat and back in the sleeve; there is nothing in the package that truly holds it together. But hey, I have no complaints what so ever! My customers love my prints in these and they always keep coming back for more! If you are looking to make your prints stand out and show your customers that you have quality, get these!

These mats were such a good purpose. I'm currently doing a holiday sale where I work and these have saved me hours and hours of extra work. After matting 30 prints I decided the investment was worth it considering if I cut all of the mats myself with my mat cutter it would have taken exponentially longer!

Of the 30 prints I matted, one piece of backing board had a small spot where the adhesive was a little wonky but that's it. If anyone is interested, all of the mats are white all the way through (and cut beautifully!) but the backing board is gray binder board with white glued on to it. Obviously this goes in the frame and isn't visible anyway but just in case anyone was wondering I thought I'd mention it.

Lastly, the fact that this also includes sleeves is wonderful. All of my prints look great in these mats and I know that the next time I need mats I am going to order this product!

This was exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I expected. You can expect to pay nearly triple for the same on other sites. Will definitely purchase again! Something I wish I would have checked out is whether this is conservation matting or merely acid free (the difference is weird but basically one has wood product one doesnt).

I regularly order atleast two packs every three months or so. The product is great. Shipping is on time, packaging is great. I have never had a shipment late, damaged nor have the matts ever come dirty. The matts are sturdy especially when you attach the backing to it, I have pictures hanging in my home and have not observed any discoloration over time. Very well done.

Very good quality white mats, smooth inner bevel, quite close to true white, but not cool or overly bright. A good kit with good backings and sleeves. Mine came in a strong box which Amazon packed in a shipping carton with cushions.

Will order the next size up.

Imagine cutting all these yourself.

These are horrendous. The backer board is NOT white core. The blades that they cut these mats with is not sharp. There are flecks of black spots in the actual mat. The openings are bent and crooked. The backer boards are not cut straight. Complete and total waste of money. I would have returned them, if I wasn't under a deadline. Had to throw away a bunch of them because they were unusable. The plastic sleeves are scratched and brittle. Total complete disappointment.
Go to US Art Supply for your mats ~ they are much better.
