50/50 Shot with these batteries.

I've used them for 3 months thru Christmas gifts and toys, here is what i noticed.

1) The positive (+) nubs are too short for some cheaper made electronics.
The Fix: Use Aluminum FOIL to bridge the gap.
2) They lose charge when stored for more than a month in electronic device.
The Fix: Use them in heavily used device, like kids toys. Not in remote controls or emergency flashlights please. Use alkaline there.
3) They hate quick 1 hour chargers.
The Fix: Use well made slow chargers. They charge to full in under 4 hours.

So far... three of the 12 batteries are having a hard time pushing out good power and holding a charge. The others work ok.

The best AA batteries I've ever used were 2007 metallic green Radioshack batteries!!!

They worked until I had to replace them with these Tenergy batteries... in mass.
Energizer rechargeable work better than Duracell rechargeable (they leaked).
The Tenergy (if they work) are about the same as Energizer, but last a little longer.

Also they work well with a good charger. I use a 5 year old Radio Shack and Energizer charger. They hate my 1 hour fast Radio Shack charger. I am looking for replacements for these charger like a Lenmar or Ansmann even another Radio Shack one. Its hard to find a good priced charger with conditioner built in.

I still have hope for these little double AA's, because I'm CHEAP and paid MONEY for them.

I have Sanyo Eneloop on order.

I'll let U know how it works out :)

Update:
Sanyo Eneloop work better in R/C Cars. The toys are faster with Eneloop.
Also the positive (+) nubs are 20% longer, equal to that of Energizer/Duracell alkaline so they make a good contact.
Recharge and Usage time is the same.

Batteries are low quality junk, not Premium. The first 4 I ran through a condition/test on my Lacrosse BC-700 were between 1400mAh and 1600mAh. I was trying to order their Centura LSD batteries which do look decent and ordered these turkeys by mistake. I think I'll stick with Eneloops. I don't want any Tenergy batteries, even the decent Centura if the manufacturer lies their specifications this badly. They don't deserve my money.

Considering battery juice, 2500 mAh with a low price is really nice..I was on amazon looking for rechargeable batteries and found the Tenergy premium brand which offered 12 batteries at a great price. Shipment was fast, seller is highly recommended.

I have purchased 3-12 packs of these for my field cameras. The problem is that some of the batteries don't recharge once they have died. The first time this happened I sent back one of the sets thinking it was just a bad set. Today I took down the cameras to recharge the batteries and found the same problem - not all will recharge. I need 12 batteries per camera and can not mix rechargeable batteries with regular batteries. Now I am left with some of these batteries that will charge and some that will not. I am done purchasing more of these. I would rather use regular batteries where I know I can throw them away when done instead of getting stuck with some that charge and some that don't leaving me with batteries that I can not use since I can not mix rechargeable and regular batteries. I do not recommend purchase. With my experience I would said that about 2/3 will charge the 1st recharge and it goes down from there. By the 3rd charge you will be lucky to have 1/2 that will recharge. NOTE: I am using the recommended Tenergy charging system as well.

None of the rechargables I have bought in the store work as well as these do .They work for a longer time than the brand names we see in in stores .It's worth the price you pay for these.

These don't fit in most flashlights or electronics, not even my battery charger! i have to rig it up with FOIL!

The little nipples are just too snubby... too short. do not make contact with most devices.

Other than that, with a little folder or solder they last forever. very good batteries.

I've been using Tenergy from all-battery.com & eneloop from costco for 5~6 years.
I run 2 restaurant with 100 employees. useing batteries a lot for dispenser,calculator..ect.
Recently i bought LA CROSSE battery charger tester and tested this batteries.
after a few years use, eneloop batteries shows 1500~1800 mAh and
tenergy batteries shows 1800~2300 mAh. So I think tenery battery is better qualty and less money
