Something happened to the original formula. It used to be thick and nice but is much more runny than what we have seen in the past. We returned one thinking it was just a fluke. But the next one was just the same. Cleans your hair, but just not the same consistency as it was.

I have been using this shampoo for a couple of years and I just love it! The scent is so pure and light. It lathers nicely and washes away leaving my hair feeling very clean. It comes in a large bottle with a pump and it is so easy to use in the shower. I then use Caroline Chu's conditioner and my hair feels soft and smooth. Since I have been using this shampoo and conditioner my friends and I have noticed a noteworthy change in my hair. It is silky and shiny!

Smells great, feels nice in hair and the dispenser is a great size, making it super easy to use in the shower using one hand.
