These corks server the purpose, but barely. The first one I pulled out had an obvious deformity in the cork. The second one looked good, and fit the bottle well, however, when I attempted to twist and pull it out of the bottle, the cork just fell apart, and came completely off of the plastic cap. The remaining portion stayed in the bottle and was very difficult to remove. I will not use any more of these corks. Total waste of money, in my opinion.

I don't like using traditional, corkscrew corks in my wine bottles as they are almost impossible to put back in after you pour a glass; or two. I love using these! They do the job of keeping stuff from falling into the bottle but they are very easy to remove and put back.

I am giving this product 3 stars due to the fact I never got to actually try them out. I can't give 5 stars because I don't know how well they work, but I don't want to give 1 star due to an issue with Amazon's website.

The issue I'm referring to is this: I bought some 750ml bottles from amazon (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00L2HXXMC) and in the "frequently bought together" section of the listing page, it had these corks. I made the mistake of assuming the corks would fit the bottles because of this. I was wrong. The corks are quite a bit smaller than the mouth of the bottles I purchased (2.6mm diameter bottle mouth, ~2mm cork size).

The corks themselves all appear to be in good shape and well made. The plastic on the corks feels a bit cheap, but as long as the cork seals the bottle, that's what matters most.

These look nice and fit snugly, however a minimal amount of force is enough to break the plastic top from the cork. I'll be searching for a replacement since these are turning out to be too fragile for regular use.
