My wife and I had looked for a bathroom storage and we were lucky to find this one...
Positive: It looks very beautiful and makes our bathroom look elegant and attractive, it is a perfect fit for a small bathroom and can be used for both storage and decorative purposes, the assembly is easy and not time-consuming and we got a lot of compliments on it.
Negative: It is unstable and needs to be fastened into the wall, yet we are afraid to put heavy stuff on it. A few screws have deformed drives in the heads and we had to look for same type of screws in a nearby store.
Overall: It is a good stuff for its price.

This was not to difficult to put together and it looks awesome! It has to be bolted to the wall and I had some issues with that but everything else was great! I did see that you are not suppose to put stuff on the top but after bolting it to the wall I did put some light stuff up there!!

In our bathroom, we have no medicine cabinet and only under the sink storage, so our vanity too was becoming unattractively cluttered with deodorants, body sprays, and other necessities, you use too often for them to be under the sink.

We started to redecorate our bathroom, we painted the walls a tad darker grey than pictured, and this fits in perfectly. Before it was a brown, with an almost orangish tone and this would have still matched because of the bottom shelf.

+Easy to assemble, took my fiancé maybe an hour

+Looks very nice.

+Provides plenty of extra storage

+ Sturdy, the shelfs are stronger than I figured they would be. The unit isn't wobbly on a flat surface.

+I've had it in our bathroom a week, and had 3 people comment on it.

-You need a drill to bolt it to the wall, we just used a couple screws on the upper part of the unit, where the shelves are.

+/- the "granite" shelf, is plastic, that's to be expected of course! BUT if you knock on it you can tell it's a very light plastic. Just looking at it, it looks fine. Hence not adding a positive or negative mark. I just think it should be mentioned.

I will upload a photo as soon as I get all my decor on the shelf.

I'm giving it 5 stars, I really love it, and I like the price. I purchased mine for $59.99 at a Big Lots.

Great stand for the price. Assemble was easy and the instruction for assembly are OK. Packaging is also was very protective. Part # K you may need to install after you place the cabinet in place. Because water hose for the toilet may create obstacle. Sturdy when mounted to the wall. mounting screws, spacer (for wall baseboard) were included.

Purchased for a restroom at work. Instead of placing over a toilet, placed over a large trash can. It was easy to assemble with step by step instructions. The trim adds a finished touch. Put small baskets in the cubbies to store items. Looks elegant with a rich color. The faux marble shelf gives it a nice touch and sets it apart from other such items. Does need to be secured to the wall due to the nature of the item, however, once secured, it's sturdy and a great addition to a bathroom. Have had many complements on it. Shipping was fast, received within a few days. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.
Note: After reading all the one and two star reviews, you need to consider the price and height of the product. I'm sure other like items would also need to be secured to the wall for stability. The quality was equal to other Sauder products we have purchased and have been pleased with. You need to consider the price for the item purchased. If you want superior quality, then you may need to pay several hundred dollars
for one.

Simply put. Cheap. Very unstable construction method and materials. We have it screwed into the wall or it would buckle under any light weight. I can usually balance inexpensive versus low quality and generally accept the end product. This unit however is sub standard.
