I love this little stand and I feel like my expectations were in line for what this product was. I guess I am genuinely confused why any one who purchased a $6 dollar cardboard cupcake stand would be surprised with (A.) the quality of the product (cardboard...) and (B.) the sturdiness or the product (cardboard...). This item is more than capable of holding cupcakes, but it clearly wasn't meant to carry prize-winning cupcakes to any event and withstand travel. Have a reasonable expectation for what you are purchasing and I can't see how you would be disappointed. This stand is adorable and is perfect to sit on your kitchen counter after making and decorating homemade cupcakes. After that, time to buy another one. Cardboard is disposable.

I should have listened to the reviewers. :-( This stand is not the pretty bright pink and white it shows in the picture. the actual color is a muted pink and a very muted circle - to the point you really can't see the polka dots at all as a pattern. Then the cardboard was not even strong enough to hold a single cupcake without bending.

I ordered this knowing it would be a "one and done" use but I couldn't even use it once ... I tried to put the cupcakes on it but the card board bent so bad they would have just slid off if I'd left them. I threw them away (I had bought 2) before I thought to return them so my loss all the way around.

Do yourself a favor a buy a different product. Do not waste your money on this item.

I ordered this cupcake stand for a baby shower. It wasn't easy to set up, and the inserts were flimsy and tore easily. The cardboard didn't carry much weight, so I couldn't fill up the layers with cupcakes, as they would tip over, so I ended up with empty spaces on each separate tier. I wouldn't buy this again.

Cute Stands! I embellished them with 1" circles of coordinating colored & glittered "2 year old" themed messaging and/or graphics. I used those to add a little personality to the stand and to cover the holes. When you assemble this, there is a bit that folds down like a lock, and leaves a hole (as pictured in the product image). That was a personal peeve, not a product flaw. Note that while it is thick cardboard, and not likely to tip, if you only put the cupcakes on one side, it may just tip. Not the most stable when unbalanced. It was otherwise perfect.

I'm usually happy with my purchases from Amazon but this is piece of junk, period. The edges of each circle are not finished, and I doubt if I can really put any cupcakes on it because it's made so flimsy. Don't waste your money. JUNK!

This will hold mini cupcakes at a baby shower. It went together easily, is pink as the baby will be a girl, and was very economical especially it you take into account that it is both a decoration and a server. Very nice product.

It was pretty, and yes, it was unsturdy, but it did the trick. Probably don't want it if you are outside on a windy day. My hangup on this product is, it does not hold 24 cupcakes. We didn't have huge cupcakes, but they weren't mini either, so maybe if you have 24 mini cupcakes it will hold them. Overall, I would not buy this product again, but it kinda did the job.
