Steep this little beauty for three minutes and you have a lovely rose tea, ready for your grandmother's heirloom cup. Give it one extra minute and you have a tangy green apple tea with a hint of rose, much less demure than the three minute cup. Try it both ways, and switch it up according to your mood, because this tea really changes with steep time! Some of my friends love it as the demure rose, some prefer the sassy green apple.

I've long been a fan of French teas but had never tried Nina's. I look forward to trying others but can say that this one is exceptional. The strong floral flavor is surprisingly well balanced by the tart apple giving a unique taste. If you are a fan of Mariage Freres, Fauchon, or Palais des Thes, you will want to give this one a try.

Curling up to a nice hot cup of tea at the end of my day is one of my favorite things to do. I am a huge fan of Rose flavored teas, and the Tea L'Original Marie Antoinette Pink Tin has quickly become one of my favorites. This is a delicious French tea that is made of Black Ceylon, Rose, and Fresh apples coming from Versailles. This tea is very multi-dimensional, it can change quickly just by how long you steep it!
This tea embodies everything I think of when I picture France; robust but somehow softly floral, fruity apples, and it makes you feel sophisticated while you're drinking it! Personally I steep this tea to get the most Rose flavor out of it. I absolutely love this tea it would be great to host a tea party for a wedding or baby shower, or just a fun day with the girls. This tea would also be a great stocking stuffer for the holidays! I can't wait to try the other flavors from Nina's Paris.

I am a lover of tea and all things Marie Antoinette, so I just had to have this! First of all, the tin is beautiful, and looks lovely on display. It looks wonderful next to my cake domes and other pattiserie items! As for the tea itself, it's exquisite. Sweet and slightly tart, I love to have it in the afternoon while relaxing and reading a favorite book. Highly recommend!

The tea arrived in an attractive 5" tin, which was wrapped in plastic to assure freshness. The label on the bottom of the tin states an expiration date of February 2017, plenty of time to consume it before the expiration. The product is packaged in France.

The tin contains loose tea, so you need an infuser to use it. Once I use it I store the infuser in the refrigerator and I can get at least one more strong cup from the same tea spoon of loose tea.

The ingredients from the tin's label: Black tea (Sri Lanka), rose petals, apple, rose.

The black tea is flavorful and mellow. I did not taste the apples, but the rose flavor is present and pleasant. It is not over powering flowery but adds a pleasant aroma as you drink the tea.

When this tea is gone the tin container can be re-used to store other loose teas.

This tea tin is provided by Nina's.

While visiting Versailles my Granddaughter bought a tin of this tea for my daughter. We steeped it as we do most tea, 3 minutes and it was just right. All three of us love the mild, fragrant taste and the tin was gone in no time. I was delighted to find a supplier in the states and purchased some for Christmas stockings. Can't wait to see their surprise!
