I bought the black sesame seeds because of the reported health benefits and Wifey says I have to eat healthier. I had to figure out how to prepare them so I could eat them. I experimented with smoothies, hidden in cooked food and finally, eaten straight from the bag, like other kinds of packaged nuts or seeds. I will have to admit I enjoyed eating them just plain. Occasionally, I microwaved them but decided I preferred to eat them raw, ensuring they were thoroughly chewed before swallowing. The Kevala seeds were securely packaged and the contents of the package were consistent and clean (no stems, leaves or other debris). I liked them enough, that I'm going to order more. They are an all right snack, just don't smile a lot shortly after eating them.

I bought it about one month ago and just open the package today. They are not real black sesame seed! They must be dyed! I rinsed it five times and the WATER is still absolute BLACK!!! I bought the genuine black sesame seeds many many times before, so I know the difference. This one is a fake product!!! I'm not happy with that.

I bought it about a week ago and been eating it every morning. I noticed they changed my cereal color a lot and that never happened before with black sesame I bought from other sellers.

Then I also noticed they put a new date label on an old one, changing the expiration date. That's just plain dishonest!

Won't ever buy again!

This is good for health. An important ingredient to aid in growing hair and thank God that I have some on hand still for my appointment tomorrow for invega sustenna. Been 7 months on second lowest dose now instead of highest. They can get me down to 185 pounds by 10 a.m tomorrow. Cause severe hunger though but I guess that could be good. Don't get me wrong it's not as good as taking a puff of some good weed if it's legal in your state or whatever if you don't have a warrant but those two combined when legal will provide a powerful surge of hunger.
