Really fresh-tasting - I am almost through the entire bag in a short period of time. The way I've come to like to consume these seeds (other than sprinkling them on my salads and avocado) is by dipping a honey-coated spoon into the little glass jar I filled with the seeds and "chasing" it with a sip of hot water with lemon. Trust me, it tastes heavenly.

No complaints at this time. They are toasted. They are sesame seeds. I put them in a grinder I bought from Amazon to grind them to a dust and mix them with vegetables or top on rice or noodles. Yum.

Good value, but as other customers have mentioned my seeds arrived 11/30/15 with an expiration date of Jan 2016. The smell and taste is definitely not that nutty, toasted flavor you know but mildly rancid. Hopefully I can return these.
