    These are not cross-trainers, they are labeled as non-skid work shoes. I purchased these shoes for work, and while a good fit, they started to fall apart within 3 weeks. The upper pulled away from the mid sole, and then the tread did the same. The point of purchase would not refund/exchange on worn product (read return policies before buying) and Fila required me to ship them the shoes and wait 6-8 weeks. I went with trying Shoe-Goo, as it has put some other shoes back together, but even that high quality adhesive cannot keep these shoes from repeatedly falling apart. The compound in the mid-sole is too slick to accept adhesive. Save your money.

    Update-I complained to FILA via their website and they sent me a FX drop ship label and asked me to return the shoes to them. Despite 3 months of wear and my repair attempts, they took them back no questions asked. 8 weeks later, I got a new pair. They are using a different sole now, and these shoes are wearing great. The non-slip sole is the best one I have used. Nice work FILA!

    These are the most comfortable work shoes I've ever used. I was wearing Avias before and was pleased with them. These Filas, however, surpass them in comfort and value. I spend all day on my feet, walking literally miles during my shift. At the end of the work day, my feet are not tired at all. They come with a gel insole that adds to the already soft heel of the shoe. I will continue to buy these in the future.

    I purchased these because I had been wearing Fila Memory Foam running shoes as my daily, non-work sneaker and love them. I needed a shoe for my job as a restaurant manager, and these seemed to fit the bill. True to my experience, they are comfortable as can be. The sole is soft, and I don't feel any real fatigue or wear through the day. I'm on my feet, on a hard surface, for at least 7 hours per day, and my feet and knees are thankful for the shock absorption and cushioning.

    They lose one star because, after 7 months of daily use (5 days/week average), the tread on the sole is coming off. Some of the tread has completely worn flat, which is to be expected, but not this soon. The rest of the shoe seems to be holding up nicely, however. Ordinarily I'd give fewer stars, but for the price and feel of the shoe, they still rate 4. I'm going to buy another pair, just knowing that these will be a twice/year expense.

    I wear a 16 and depending on the shoe I can be normal or wide. I read reviews that said to order wider and I did. The shoes fit great and day one wearing them got rid of my joint pain. Day three, however, the memory foam inside wore flat and the pain came right back, with additional callous growth. Gross, right?

    I think this shoe is meant for smaller people that weigh less than those that would wear a 16. If you're a taller or bigger guy, I'd pass these up and go with New Balance.

    the memory foam is comfortable, however unless you like a relatively oversize shoe do not buy. The memory has a plastic edge that rises up around the foam insole. The foam does not go to shoe wall and toes fall off foam, even in tight shoe, and your toes feel like they are being cut by the plastic seal and they feel like they are going to be cut at any moment. Very painful!!
